Я вже давно забула,
як позіхало світило,
Як кутало круглі плечі
в пухнасту ковдру ночі...
Де літо моє далеке – вранці
по воду ходило,
Шо в відрах срібно – рожевих
ще й досі мені хлюпоче...
Та все перекреслили ранки
червоно-вогненим списом.
Спалили високу шоглу,
об скелі розбили човен...
Та в мене – кленовий листочок,
знову мені не спиться,
І вже лопотять вітрила,
пахощів груди повні!
