Борщ Український
Все, що росте на українському городі,
З любов’ю щедро ми до столу подаєм.
Та над усе в житті ми дякуєм природі,
Коли смакуєм щойно звареним борщем.
Він по обіді кличе кожного до хати,
І по тарілці розливається душа.
Нас і за вуха від борщу не відірвати,
Коли він ллється наче пісня із ковша.

Ой, мій борщ, пахне часничком!
Вся рідня за одним столом.
До борщу чарочка хмільна
Проситься сама, та й не одна!
Зі всього світу до нас в гості їдуть друзі,
Ми хлібом-сіллю зустрічаємо їх всіх.
І за столом зібравшись у тісному крузі,
Луною котиться довкола дружній сміх.
Гостинність наша переповнює по вінця,
Усі упевнені, що ми в раю живем.
Та щоб пізнати справжню душу українця,
Вам необхідно причаститися борщем.
