Разгулялась пурга,
Все метет да кружит,
Да, разрезав снега,
Тракт проезжий лежит,
И в упряжке саней
Под напев ямщика
Мчится тройка коней,
Мчится издалека.

Сколько видно окрест –
Хоть шаром покати,
Только встретится крест
Да часовня в пути,
Только волки снуют
Да луна, как свеча.
Что же, бросивши кнут,
Ты, ямщик, замолчал?

Не печалься, ямщик,
Снова штоф пригубя,
Ты судьбу не ищи -
Она ищет тебя.
Она знает сама,
Что кому под луной,
А тюрьма да сума
Обойдут стороной.

Пусть не видно конца,
Ведь на то она Русь,
